Sales Associate Wanted

We are currently seeking friendly and hard working employees. Experience preferred but not necessary. We are an adult store so you will need to be able to handle mature subjects with customers and have excellent communication skills. You will be providing customer service, displaying products when inventory arrives and maintaining a clean environment. You will be working by yourself most shifts once training is finished so strong problem solving skills and self sufficiency are a plus. Must have reliable transportation. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assessing customers needs and providing assistance and information on product features
Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition
Actively seek out customers in store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Cross sell products
Comply with inventory control procedures

Qualifications:

Candidates with work experience as a Retail Sales associate or similar role preferred
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Basic Math skills
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
Must have reliable transportation
